Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Eligible U.S. orders with a subtotal of $149+ USD qualify for free standard shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taxes, discounts, duties, and other fees are not included when calculating the order subtotal for free shipping eligibility.

Estimated delivery times are generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the customer’s location and the carrier. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers in Canada and the European Union are responsible for all applicable shipping costs, import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Refusal to pay these charges or accept delivery is not a basis for a refund.

Memofy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Memofy is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery and transit are subject to the carrier’s services and procedures. If a package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but is believed to be stolen, customers should contact the carrier and notify us at memofy.shop@gmail.com. We may provide reasonable assistance where possible, but we do not guarantee a refund or replacement for carrier-related loss, theft, damage, or delay, except where required by applicable law.

If we cannot ship an order within the stated timeframe, or within the legally required period where no timeframe is stated, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and refund of any unshipped items where required.
